When you draw an NSFW card, you either play the card or you take them literally and start doing them! Once the preparation round ends, before the resource phase, players reveal one card from the NSFW deck at the start of each turn. You can't draw if there is an effect that will make you skip your turn. If the drawn card is a reveal use item, the ability of the card should be resolved immediately. If it is an item card, the player takes it.
